Who We Are
Who We Are
Start Healing Together is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that focuses on advocating for rights in the workplace when experiencing pregnancy loss or infertility. We cater our services to each individual because every family-building experience, every loss, and every grief journey is unique. We do not offer a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, we work with the individual to ensure their needs are met. This allows them to take care of themselves while we take care of the rest.

The goal for our organization is trifold: to make workers aware of their rights, to inform employers how to best support their staff, and to direct all parties to helpful resources.

This kind of grief can be very difficult to navigate, especially considering the stigmas surrounding infertility, miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, and neonatal loss. To combat this, we encourage an open dialogue. We hope that the information from our group can provide comfort to those that need it most.
